"HEALTHY" Chocolate Milk with Just 3 Ingredients......

 So....I just LOVE chocolate anything and really wanted to make a good chocolate milk that would not kill my calories for the day! 

This is as simple as it gets......in your blender pour one serving of milk, 1 tsp of DARK chocolate powder and a squeeze of agave, honey or your sugar of choice. 

Blend well....it will come out frothy and taste a bit like a milk shake - you can add ice cubes for more of a shake texture.

Drink and enjoy your guilt free indulgence!
